Although we have been involved in worship for over 30 years, we understand that nothing can substitute the glory and the anointing that comes fresh from heaven for every ocassion, and this comes only as a result of the time spent with the Father and His Word.
AJ has been playing the piano/keyboard, drums and saxophone for over 30 years. Leading in praise and adoration is one of the greatest passions of his heart. AJ & Betty also love leading in soaking sessions (times of seeking, resting and waiting for God's presence), leading these sessions with music and the Word, songs of the Lord and music for worship.
Whether it be in singing or with piano/keyboard instruments, woodwind instruments, or percussion, we lead congregations, conferences and events in worship before the King, always being sensitive to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit and flow in the direction He leads.
Worship is not work. Worship is not entertainment. Worship is not just something you do.
Although what we know as 'worship' is the time we take during a church service or event to sing songs that express how much worth we believe God has, the truth is that in all that we do or don't do for Him, we are expressing the worship (or worthship) we believe He has. We put lyrics and music together that speak about God and offer these to Him, but always know that in reality, you are expressing 'worthship' (or worship) to Him 24/7/365 in all that you are and do!
